With some technical skills, Zombie Off Road Parts rack systems can be installed by you but we strongly recommend going to a specialized shop.

Even if our roof racks are designed to safely withstand 1.5 times the vehicles roof rating, we strongly recommend respecting the dynamic load limit imposed by the vehicles manufacturer, as exceeding it can result in:

Higher center of gravity leading to rollover risk

Compromised vehicle handling and stability

Structural damage to your roof

Increased stopping distances

Potential legal liability in case of accidents

Voided vehicle and roof rack warranties

We offer a 2 years warranty for all our products and we reserve the rights to:

- repair the product covered by the terms of warranty

- replace the product if the damage or defect cannot be repaired

- or refund the price paid if we cannot replace the product with the same model

Our Warranty does not cover defects resulting from circumstances beyond Zombie Off Road Parts`s control. This includes, but is not limited to, misuse, overloading or failure to assemble, install or use the product or its accessories in accordance with Zombie Off Road Part`s instructions. In other words we do not cover damages to the rack systems caused by objects that were poorly placed or secured on the rack, overly tightened straps, modifications to the rack system and any other accessories made by anyone other than us, like drills or cuts. The powder coating is not covered by any warranty and scratches that may appear on the powder coating from going into extremely dense forests, damage caused by natural elements like storms, hail. In addition, it does not cover damage to the vehicle, electronic equipment or user's cargo, or to any person or property.

Prerequisite for the warranty claim is the presentation of the original receipt. In addition, warranty is valid only as long as the original purchaser is also the owner of the product. The warranty expires if the product is sold or otherwise transferred to another person.

We are currently only shipping in Romania, but soon will be doing that in the EU countries as well.
